Want to know when to prune your fruit trees, what has eaten your prized plant, why your seedlings have died, the best plants for dry shade? Then come to our Gardeners Question Time on Monday 15th May and pose your questions, thorny or otherwise.
Questions will be answered by a panel of local horticultural experts chaired by Reg Moule, BBC Hereford and Worcester’s gardening guru.
The cost of the evening is £4 per person and all are welcome. Doors open at Colwall Village Hall at 7pm with the actual question time session starting at 7:30pm
So why not come along, bring some friends, and get your gardening conundrums answered – probably!
In a new feature to the annual programme we will be hosting a Gardeners’ Question Time on the 16th May 2016.
Sadly it isn’t the BBC4 edition but I am sure that we will be very well served by Reg Moule, who many of you will know from his Sunday gardening programme on BBC Hereford and Worcester. The panel will comprise: Paul Picton (Old Court Nursery), Ross Barbour (Old Court Nursery & former Head Gardener at Ragley Hall) and Louisa Arbuthnott (Stone House Garden & Nursery) and they will endeavour to answer whatever gardening questions you choose to present them. You are welcome to bring plant material if it will help you ask your question. However, to give them a bit of a chance we would welcome some questions in advance, as well as on the night. You can email your question to Hugh Thomas (hughthomas29ml@aol.
The event will take place at Colwall Village Hall on the 16th May starting at 7:30pm (doors open at 7:00pm). Tickets are £3 purchased at the door
The event is open to all, members of the society and visitors
